How It Works
Use this text tool to quickly encode text into HTML entities. Simply type or paste text into the first box, and HTML entities will appear in the second box for you to copy.
HTML entities are codes used to insert symbols into HTML documents. Some characters have named entities, like © for ©. Others have numeric entities, like © for ©, which uses their Unicode decimal value instead. HTML entities are case-sensitive.
It should work with any character, not just ASCII. We also have a nice list of HTML entity codes.
This converter will make text suitable to use in HTML without being interpreted as code.
